- Duplicate funds/holdings in IO will cause the investment/assets to stop updating in Fastrak.
- Incorrect policy numbers will prevent the policy from matching to the platform policy.
- Adding in new data in IO will update the MI reports in IO which we get on an hourly basis but is imported into Fastrak daily.
- Platform credentials updated or changed will break in the connection to Fastrak.
- Make sure the Client Service Status is set up to import into Fastrak.
