Within the Setup Tab of Fastrak you will find the Names & Logos tab on the left-hand side of the screen. If this is not available, please raise a Support Ticket to get this area added to your profile.

Complete the 3 Name fields at the top of the screen to reflect your Organisations details. These should reflect something like this –

The next 2 fields are for your Logo so that this can be used within Fastrak. You can use the same Logo file for both the Logo & Small Logo fields. It’s advisable to use the highest resolution Logo that you have available in case this is used in your Reports. JPG or PNG files are both acceptable.

Simply click on the Logo fields and then point the system to where your logo is saved and Select “Open”.

Your logo should now be reflected in Fastrak –

The Report chart colours area is slightly more flexible. The colour codes utilise Hex Codes, hence the # at the start of each of them.

If you already have a palette of Corporate Colours you can simply enter these here. If you have the colours but in RGB Code you can use the following website to convert them – https://www.webpagefx.com/web-design/hex-to-rgb/

If you have several shades of the same 2 or 3 colours it is advisable to spread these out a little otherwise any colours on Pie Charts may be difficult to distinguish.

Something like this –

Alternatively, there are some options available to you to generate colours –

·        Analogic

·        Complement

·        Analogic-Compliment

·        Triad

·        Quad

·        Monochrome

These options all work from the code entered in the “Colour 1” field. Initially it is probably not worthwhile spending too long amending these colours but rather revisit this area once you have some Report Templates and can see how they generate within the Graphs & Charts that you are using.

Using the example colour above of #CAD400 you would automatically get the following with the automated options (select the appropriate radio button and use the “Suggest scheme based on first colour” hyperlink –

Analogic

Complement

Analogic-Compliment

Triad

Quad

Monochrome

Again, you may have to move the different colours within the 12 fields if they are too similar in your Report Charts.
