Go to the “Funds” option on the Menu at the top of the page. At this stage you will have access to all the available funds from Financial Express.

To only see the funds that are held currently by your clients simply add the following into the Yellow Bar above the fund data in the “AUM” column ~ >0

Your column headings may be different, you can add or remove columns using the Cog, “Preferences…” Icon in the top right-hand side of the screen below the “Edit layout” Hyperlink.

You are now only looking at funds which have a value, i.e. those held by your clients. To view these in descending order simply click on the double-arrow icon () in the Header over the “AUM” column. This might initially sort the data into ascending value order. If this is the case, hit the double-arrow again and it will sort the data into descending order.

If you want to see which clients hold a particular fund simply locate the fund using the Yellow Bar above the data and single-click on it.

You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this –

In the bottom left-hand corner, you will see a widget called “Investments”. Initially this may only have the following headings –

This doesn’t provide any Wrapper or Investor information. To add this to the data available simply click on the Cog, “Preferences…” Icon which will reveal additional, available fields. Simply tick the ones that you would like to include and then click on the Cog Icon again to return to the original view –

If the AUM column hasn’t sorted itself into descending value just follow the notes above, clicking on the double arrow icon until the ordering is as you want it.

At this point it is probably advisable to drop this data into Excel using the “Export to Excel” Icon so that you can review the data more easily.

From within the “Investments” widget you can click on any line of data and you will be taken to the relevant Wrapper. To locate a particular policy just use the Yellow Bar to filter the data.
