Wrapper Categories are settings that pull through from your integrated Platforms & Back Office. Sometimes these are missing and occasionally they will not reflect how you wish to show Policies, e.g. ISAs appearing with GIAs under General Investments rather than having their own category.
Within the Setup Tab of Fastrak you will find the Wrapper Categories tab on the left-hand side of the screen. If this is not available, please raise a Support Ticket to get this area added to your profile.
When you open this tab you will see something like the following screen –
The columns that you can change are Class, Category & CGT Applies. At the bottom of the screen you will see two boxes, “Classes” & “Category” –
To fill in any gaps or change any existing Classes or Categories simply drag and drop the appropriate option from the boxes at the bottom into the data above.
You can also create new Classes & Categories by typing into the “New class…” & “New category…” boxes.
You can also review the “CGT Applies” settings and tick or untick these as appropriate.
