One of the elements within the Registration functionality which makes Fastrak very flexible is ability for multiple clients to share an email address.

 

To register Clients who share an email address, go to Setup and navigate to the Client Logins tab. If this is not available, please raise a Support Ticket to get this area added to your profile.

 

Find the Clients you wish to register by using the filter options –

 

We recommend that you avoid using an email address for the Portal which you have used to log into the main Fastrak application - please use a personal email address instead.

 

To simply add them, select the “Add” tick box. You also have the option here of ticking “Master”, this will allow any Client with this selected to view the information for any other Clients within the same Account so please be careful with this.

 

You can also Preview the Client Portal for a Client by hitting the hyperlink. You can do this with or without the “Master” option ticked to see the effects of doing this.

 

Once you have decided on your options and you have ticked the Clients you wish to add, simply click on Submit.

 

A new box will open –

 

 

You can now change the Username to something appropriate –

 

 

 

Then select the “Yes – Create” button

 

You will get a confirmation message on the screen once this has worked and your clients will receive the usual registration emails.

 

 

 

Once registered, Usename can be changed for any client within in the Client Logins tab of Setup:
