Within the Setup Tab of Fastrak you will find the FE Credentials tab on the left-hand side of the screen. If this is not available, please raise a Support Ticket to get this area added to your profile.
You will see two boxes containing data for you and your colleagues.
Simply complete your information under the fields within the “Personal credentials” box as per your FE licence information. Please note that you no longer need to complete the Group Name field and the User Name field should now reflect your email address. The Password field still requires the current Password.
Once you have done this, click on the Green Tick to verify.
To add your colleagues, they must already be created as Fastrak Users. Once this has been done, simply go to the “Other users’ credentials” box and use the Green Plus sign in the top, right-hand side of the box to add other members of your Team.
They should now be available for selection from the first dropdown box, FE Analytics should be selected from the second and your Organisation’s FE Credentials should be added to the next 3 fields. Again, use the Green Tick to verify. Your list will start to build as below –
