To create other Users within Fastrak go to Setup and select Users from the available options on the left-hand side. If you do not have access to this tab, please raise a Support Ticket to get this added.
Select the “Add a User” option in the top left-hand side –
Complete all the relevant fields in the window that opens and then select OK –
The following fields will enable certain functionality –
Adviser – this will create the User as an Adviser, enabling Clients to be associated to them for Reporting & Client Portal purposes
Planner – enables the User to run reports and access the system
Setup – gives the User access to the more sensitive areas of the system where fundamental changes can be made. Once a User has access to this area please raise a Support Ticket outlining which areas they should have access to
Suspend – this should only be used if a User should no longer have access to Fastrak
The new User will automatically receive an email containing the URL, web address for Fastrak, confirmation that their email address is their Username and the temporary password that they need to access Fastrak for the first time. Once the temporary password is entered they will be prompted to change their password to something memorable.
Once a User has been created you can adjust their access rights, edit their information or reset their password.
