Names and Logos Overview 



This section allows you to update your Company name, logo and report chart colours.  


Please note: If you are planning a rebrand and the names or logos need changing on the reports, please raise a Fastrak support ticket so we can advise you further. 

 

Update your Company Name 


Fastrak will initially setup your Company name and you can update it, if the need arises.


  1. Navigate to Setup -> Names & Logos, to set these up or speak to your Fastrak office administrator if you cannot access this area 


  1. Update names in the General Settings section:  

 

 

 

Name – Your Company name that appears on Fastrak 

 

Short Name – Fastrak initially create this name for your Client Portal URL – if this link is changed after you have registered clients you will need to provide them with the new Client Portal URL. 

 

Wealth Account Name – Fastrak initially create this name and it can be used as a field to pull through in your header or footer see example footer text below

Update your Logo 


Logo – Upload your Fastrak Logo by clicking on the image – this will take you to your desktop where you can locate and upload your image

Small Logo – Upload your client portal logo by clicking on the image - this will take you to your desktop where you can locate and upload your image

Report Chart Colours 

 

Customise your Report chart Product Type (e.g., the Product Mix chart on the Investment Summary page) mix colours or use suggested colour scheme options. 

 

If you are using Module portfolios/sector models please refer to Module 6 for guidance on sector colours for Asset Allocations charts etc… 

 

The colour codes utilise Hex Codes that use # at the start of the code. If you have the colours but in RGB Code you can use the following website to convert them – https://www.webpagefx.com/web-design/hex-to-rgb/ 

 

Add your corporate colours directly into the colour fields 

 

Generate Colour Options 

 

The options work from the Hex code entered in the “Colour 1” field.

Enter the Hex Code into Colour 1 FieldClick on “Suggest scheme based on first colour” or if desired click on one of the following options: 


  •  Analogic
  • Complement
  • Analogic-Compliment 
  • Triad
  • Quad
  • Monochrome
