Create Client Portal access for a Trustee 


If your trustee is an existing client, they will need to have 2 separate client logins – one for their Account and one for the Trust. They can have different Usernames but can still use the same email for notifications.  

1. Navigate to Setup à Client logins - or speak to your Fastrak office administrator if you cannot access these areas. 

2. Search for your Trustee in the Unregistered clients list and enter a Trustee email

3. You will be asked to confirm the update email – select Yes

4. Tick the add box to the left of the Trustee and select Submit then enter a Trustee Username and select Yes - Create - Important Do not use the email for the Username especially if they are already an existing client.

5. Your Trustee will now appear in the registered section and will automatically receive an email with a temporary password that they will be asked to change
