Trustee Overview and Access
New or additional Trustee/s can be added directly onto Trusts on Fastrak and separate trustee client portal accounts can be created.
Fastrak only pulls trusts over from back-office systems, not Trustees.
If you integrate with a back-office system with Fastrak, and have added a Trustee/s directly onto Fastrak – this will not automatically pull them across to your back office. You will need to add them directly to keep your back-office records up to date.
If the Client already exists on Fastrak but is not a Trustee, you will need to create them again as a Trustee in order to add them onto a Trust.
Access
Navigate to Clients Dashboard-> Add a new client function & Account Summary widget function, or speak to your Fastrak office administrator if you cannot access these areas.
