Our subscription is not licensed-based, so Fastrak allows you to add as many users as you require. 


Create a New User

1. Navigate to Setup à New Users, to set these up or speak to your Fastrak office administrator if you cannot access this area


2. Click on the icon, located on the top left-hand side of the screen


3. The following window will open with the following fields to complete:


The following fields when selected will enable certain functionality:

Adviser – Creates the user as an Adviser, enabling Clients to be associated to them for Reporting and Client Portal purposes

Planner – Enables users to run reports and access the system

Setup – User has access to areas of the system where fundamental changes are made. If a User has been given access to this area, please raise a Fastrak Support Ticket detailing the access area required.

Suspend – If a user no longer requires access to Fastrak

If you are using our client portal – Details completed in the following fields will appear on the Client Portal
  • Display Name
  • Job Title
  • Initials
  • Telephone
  • Mobile


4. Select ok - The new User will automatically receive:

An email containing the URL

Web address for Fastrak

Confirmation that their email address is their Username

A temporary password to access Fastrak for the first time. Users will be prompted to change their temporary password.

User maintenance

Once a User has been created you can:

  • Adjust access rights
  • Edit details
  • Reset password
