If a client has forgotten their password for their portal, or someone has the password information, then the password can be reset.
You need the required privileges for this, if unsure you may need to obtain advise from a Fastrak Champion within your organisation.
To reset the password, if you select the 'Setup' icon from the top banner on the screen.
From the next screen on the left-hand, you need to select the 'Client Logins' button that appears.
**This will only appear with the correct privileges.**
Now type the client name in the 'Client Name' area, followed by the enter key, unless the client already appears on this screen. Then select the 'Reset Password', an email will now be sent to the client with a temporary password.
