If you have forgotten the password for Fastrak, or you believe someone has access to your password information you can reset the password.


There are two main ways to reset the password, the first is from the main login screen, if you select the 'Forgotten Password' link from the main screen.


You are then prompted for the username that you use to login to Fastrak, if you are unsure of your username you will need to check with your Fastrak Champion.  Then select the 'Request New Password'.



A message should then appear asking you to check your emails for the password.



The second method requires the correct privileges within Fastrak (Usually assigned to a Fastrak Champion), this feature will allow you to reset anyone's password within the organisation.


From the main screen of Fastrak, select the 'Setup' icon from the list of Fastrak icons.



Then select the 'Users' option from the left of the screen, this option will be available to those with the required privileges, see a Fastrak Champion if you have any problems.



A list of users will appear along with their email address, their roles within Fastrak, and a link to reset the password.  If you select the 'Reset Password' link, this should send an email to the address recorded.
